A FAIRY TALE | THE PROJECT
A twenty minute video loop set in hand-blown glass balls on pedestals with sound. The balls, reminiscent of a crystal ball that foretells the future. The video is a fairy tale of sorts with the archetypes of different fairy tales played by people of my own village in New Mexico. Little vignettes remind us of the stories we were told – that have been told for Centuries. An installation exploring the future as told by archetypes of the past and played by villagers of today.
